I specialize in taking existing electronics, even with limited or no documentation, and re-engineering them. I analyze the physical hardware and any available files to create a new, complete, and manufacturable set of design files that you own.

My process

Audit & Analysis

I analyze your physical hardware, any old Gerbers, or partial files you have to understand the core design and functionality.

Re-Engineering

I meticulously recreate the schematics, re-design the PCB layout in KiCad, and identify all components for an updated BOM.

Validation & Prototyping

I build a new prototype from the re-engineered files to prove that it functions identically (or better) than the original.

Handover

I deliver the complete, modern, and fully documented source files. You are now free to take your product to any manufacturer.
